INTRODUCTORY FLYING LESSON FOR YOU or For A GIFT

If a person is contemplating flight training, it is recommended that he/she takes an Introductory Flying Lesson. By appointment the student will be escorted to an airplane by one of our certified flight instructors. The instructor will demonstrate the pre-flight inspection of the airplane, where the fuel, oil, and airplane are inspected to assure airworthiness. Next, the prospective student will sit in the left seat with the instructor in the right seat. The airplanes have dual controls.  The instructor will talk the student through the take-off.

Both have their hands and feet on the controls (dual controls).   There are two types of Introductory Lessons:
          $99.00 - The person will fly for 30 minutes and whenever possible, it will be in the newer Cessna 172s.
        $179.00 - The person will fly for a full hour in the air.  (We recommend this lesson for those who have considered flight training.

The time in the air will count toward the required hours when the person pursues his/her Private Pilots license.  There is no obligation when you take an Introductory Lesson.

Introductory Flying Lessons are available every day of the week by appointment.  If the weather is inclement, you are rescheduled to another date.

Gift certificates for Introductory Flying Lessons are redeemable within one year of purchase.  Certificates are non-refundable.

Note:  You do not have to be an American citizen to enjoy this lesson.  Also, there is no minimum age, however we recommend that the person be at least 5 feet tall.
