Princeton Airport Pilots’ Honor Roll

We have established this Honor Roll for pilots who have soloed or earned their wings at Princeton Airport.  Our records are excellent through 1985, however if you trained at 39N or know of someone who trained here, we would like to hear from you and add those names to our honor roll.  Please contact us and  tell us the year and certificate so we can acknowledge your place of honor.  A special thanks to those who have contacted us already and have provided us with valuable information.

Plaque of Students Who Soloed on Their 16th Birthday

Over the years we have been privileged to train teenagers who want to solo on their 16th birthday – the FAA minimum age for such a fete.  On the wall of the second floor of the administration building is a plaque honoring people.  We started the plaque when we were at 47N and we have continued it here at Princeton.  Some of the     teens went on to fly the “big ones” and some left aviation altogether, but they will never forget the day they soloed.
