Welcome aboard, Jeffery Wilman, who is a flight coordinator while studying to be a flight instructor. Then hopefully we will add him to our staff of CFI's.
Congratulations to the Iggy Peralta family on the birth of a son Ryan - 7 pounds
Our deepest sympathy to the Vinnie Rullo family on the sudden death of his son.
The New York sectional, May 1999, incorrectly lists 39N with a Right Hand pattern. Princeton Airport has a standard LEFT HAND PATTERN!!! No one seems to know how this error occurred. There is a Notam until the new charts are printed in December.
Best wishes to Jim & Alexa Brame who were married on June 12, 1999.
According o the FAR's you must have a 90 day endorsement in your logbook in order to fly solo. (You should also have an endorsement in your training folder). In order for a CFI to sign your permission slip, you must show your 90 day endorsement. If you have not checked lately, do so lest you are disappointed when you are grounded. If you need such an endorsement, speak with your regular CFI.
Thanks,
Chris Wilson, Chief Pilot
Once again we will offer tours of the airport every Thursday during the months of July and August at 10:30AM. If your friends and relatives need something to do, let them learn about General Aviation and the how, when, why 39N serves aviation and the community. No reservations are required and there is no charge.
Due to higher prerequisites to teach the CFI courses and the demands of the FAA, our hourly instruction rate will be $35/hour, effective July 1st.
Sunday, July 11, 1999 1:00 - 5:00 pm
RSVP - Lou Guazelli 609.490.1494 & tell him what you are bringing.

ETA 11:00AM
Sign up on PAFT Bulletin Board (Near Restrooms).
The next private pilot ground school is being scheduled for early September. If you are interested, check for information at the front counter.
Need a 2 year biennial transponder, pitot static system check, etc. See the Maintenance Department. The staff will also install the latest & the greatest in radio equipment.
Please call us ahead of time if your are planning on taking a trip. Since we only have one fuel truck, it is difficult to accommodate you at the last minute.
With the significant increase in student training, return of many pilots, good economy, and great weather, our traffic pattern has become very crowded. It is imperative that everyone does his/her part in following the traffic pattern procedures. Make sure you are looking outside of the cockpit and remain patient. Cutting off another plane to takeoff or land and gain an extra minute or two is poor judgment! We need everyone's cooperation.
